Sales Policy

1. While placing an order please mention the following points clearly:

   a) Transport name with contact numbers.

   b) Booking station.

   c) Email ID.

   d) Mode of transportation -Whether by Train, Transport Company, Regd Post or Courier.

2. You are requested to place the orders directly to the company's Order Desk preferably by email. Place the orders by telephone only in case of urgency.
3. Our responsibility gets over as soon as the goods leave our premises. No claim regarding shortages or damages, whatsoever, will be entertained thereafter.
4. All claims and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata Courts only.
5. We can speed up your dispatches if you place direct orders.

Return Policy

1. All expenses in returning the unsold books will be borne by the bookseller.
2. If you purchase books from our distributors, please return the books to them only.
3. Return within 15th August every year. No returns will be entertained after the mentioned deadline.
4. Stamped, bound and defective books will not be entertained for sales return.
5. Payment Terms —Cash or through bank.
6. The freight, postal and courier charges shall be borne and payable by the customer.
7. We always do business through the bank. If any consignment is already in the bank, no further consignment will be sent.
8. After validating your return request, we will send you an email authorizing the return. Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 10 days of us sending you the authorizing email. All refunds will be made out through cheque, and only in the registered name of the customer.
9. We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors, or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition, and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, store credit, or immediate full refund. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production and cannot be increased or decreased.
